We dont have cable, but we just bought the 1st season of this show on DVD.
So far (we are about 8 episodes in) its dark, its creepy, its weird, and I LOVE it!  
Anyone else watch this show? |

We love Dexter!!!! In fact, when the Soprano's ended, we dropped HBO and picked up Showtime so we could have the new season of Dexter.
It is creepy and wonderful.
I'm so taken with this show. Have you seen the scenes where they tie red string to the blood splatters and it looks like art?

I LOVE Dexter, Michael C. Hall plays him perfectly. I have read the books the series is based on. There are two; Darkly Dreaming Dexter (which season 1 was based) and Dearly Devoted Dexter. They are both a great read.
I also am a big fan of Showtimes "Weeds" as well.

Much to his parents annoyance (long story) my husband insisted on having directv installed, with showtime in hd, mainly for the purpose of dexter. Oh and atlantis too

I really think this season is way better than last season! The actors are great, and I'm surprised at the chemistry between Deb and Special Agent whomever! I never would have thought that would work.
Dexter seems to be spirling out of control. I can't wait to see next weeks show, however, I bet they'll leave us hanging til next season!
