Where to get curtains and drapes?

Does anyone have a good recommendation to get drapes/curtains? Someplace well-priced and that has a good selection?

I got some surprisingly nice ones at walmart when we arrived here in Louisiana. They are a five piece set, five actual pieces, not presewn together, two panels, two tie-backs, and a valance for just under $20. I got them in a very nice taupe/tan/gold color. Fred Meyer has nice ones, but I don't know where all they are located, as the store I went to was in Alaska. Good luck in your search, I know how frustrating it can be to find drapes you actually like enough to spend the money on.
J.C Penney's will have nice sales on them and a lot to chose from.
I think Bed, Bath and Beyond has a decent selection, and is priced as well or better than Penneys.
Can't help there just been through the curtain/drape saga.

Shop around it is amazing the differences in pricing especially when you have a particular material design that you like.

I got 3 quotes and the pricing difference was amazing. 8O
I usually make mine, or hit the thrift stores. :D

Just bought the ''Ballerina" antique lace and gold panels and valances from BB&B for our victorian "parlor" and hung them this evening. Beautiful.

JC Penny would have been my first choice, but the ones I liked didn't have the right gold/antique hue.

Also, like the custom fitted selection at Linen's and Things
I was just at Ikea today and they have some really cute new stuff-- so cute that I completely changed the plan that I had to redo the living room to something really different from what I had originally planned!
