Who's Going to be at the National?
 Just kidding. Well, mostly,lol.
The main reason I wanted to know, not only because I really do want to meet everyone and see people I haven't seen in a long time, is because Holly and I were talking and we wanted to stage a little get together for everyone coming up. It will likely just be a dinner out, nothing fancy or requiring a lot of time, effort or schedule coordination for everyone. We didn't want anyone to have to drive far after all the events of the day or have the stress of trying to fit yet another event into their schedule. We want it to be enjoyable and relaxing! That being said, who's coming, would you like to meet up and do you have a day preference for when a dinner would be good? I was thinking Thursday evening but I'm open to suggestion and how everyone else's schedule coordinates, too. I look forward to meeting everyone! (Except Judi because she is mean to me. ) |

Oh no, now we're giving Jill a fat head! 
LeAnne and I are coming, with Chewie and Clay. We have stuff everyday, so we will be hard to work around. Thursday evening is the banquet, so that night is probably out. Wednesday eve is the BBQ. We are going to be at both of those. Looking at the schedule, this is how the eves shape up: Monday - welcome reception 7-10pm Tuesday - Top 20, reception and auction Wed -BBQ 5:30 pm Thurs - Banquet 6:30 ish |
| Hmm, thanks for posting that, Dawn. It looks like it's going to be tough with all that stuff going on. How does the BBQ work? I'm assuming it's just for the show people or can us commoners come to just hang out? That might be a possibility for a meet up place if they'll let us "normies" in. |
I *think* it is open to anyone. However, there is a reservation form in the entries for it. For eating. It is being held during the end of the agility, so it is a free time for anyone to be there. I think it sounds like a fun time to get together. That mean Judi is running Harry then, so I would think you really need to be there to cheer them on!!

Seriously, we arrive on Tuesday evening and I would love to go to dinner with you guys if you will wait for us! We are staying at the Best Western in Birch Run and I know Dawn will be in Birch Run too! (Hint) Can we meet in Birch Run since I will have just driven 9 1/2 hours plus potty stops (no diapers for me!)? Jill you should come to the barbeque! Where else can you see Show Me's Harrington aka Mr. Selective Hearing aka Agility is a Team Sport? make a fool of himself? It is open to everybody and it costs $15 to attend. The fee is worth attending to eat all you want while you make fun of me and Harry! The reservation form is on page 6 of the premium and is due by Monday, September 10th. The reservation form for the banquet is also on there - I believe it is also open to everyone but the price is a little more steep at $38 I can't wait to finally meet you Jill! Of course I am not holding my breath :sidestep: |

Oh Mandy, that is a wonderful idea! It will take the embarrassment out of a total mess on the field to say "Yes but we won the prize for the worst forum agility dog!" And just to throw down a little challenge in the way of it I predict now that Mr. Agility is a Team Sport? will make Mr. Complete and Total Jackass look like he is ready for the Agility nationals! |

| Sorry I can't come this year but money is a bit tight. Have to pay for Haggis' fancy handler this month for the Norfolk Terrier specialty and just had to buy a new G5 tower because Chris' computer died (Jill knows what this is ) Hopefully, I'll catch you all in Minnesota next year! Have a drink for me too and take LOTS of pics (Just remember how many I took last year, so you guys better come through!) |

Nah, just old age. I think we bought it back in 1999-2000? My computer that got spiked last year was newer I think from '03-04. I get the new G5 tower. Chris gets my hand me down G5 iMac. |
