Charlie's 1. Show
Because it was a Rescue Show Charlie was allowed to attend in the showring for the first time ever! Charlie didnt know what was going on and was laying most of the time flat!!!  on the floor (it was also a slippery wooden floor!). She actually tried to crawl away from the ring!  The Judge had to drag her up to check her legs etc. and also gave me some good tips for the future! 
When Charlie started the run up and down she was running between my legs and the Jugde found this very funny! Despite all these things Charlie "made" it to place 5!!! in the breed and won her 1. ribbon!!
Afterwards she attended some more "fun classes" where she earned 4 more ribbons! I'm proud of her! Well done Charlie!! PS: Wanted to post some pictures but for strange reason my camera doesnt download any of my pictures since yesterday ?!?! It always worked before!!  |

| Well congratulations to you & Charlie! I think it's cool and fun to have shows for the rescues to participate so they can be a show dog for a day. |

It sounds like she wasn't too impressed with the whole show thing!
Nice for you to get her out and learn more about the big world. It can be a slow process, but stick with it! Any new skill takes work. Doing things together strengthens your person/dog bond and keeps her mentally active. |
Oh WOW congrats!!! I have rescues too and I know how hard it is to retrain them. but still #5 that great  |

Personally, I think that'd be a MUCH more interesting show to watch than the regular shows where the dogs behave themselves. |
