![]() So I'm asking here... Sampson is just under 5 months old (and cute as a button ![]() |

He'll drop a little hair during the coat change so it's probably nothing to worry about. If it starts to become excessive or you notice any areas that are obviously thinning or don't look right, then a trip to the vet might be in order but he's probably just growing up! |
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() OK, well I really do, but just not so fast! He's SO big already, it's really amazing. Good to know this is likely normal coat change stuff. He was in with the vet recently and the vet said he seems perfectly healthy, but if I notice more hair, I'll defenitely follow your advice and take him in again... just to be sure. |
George has been doing this as well. Especially right after I vacuum ![]() |
How old is George? |
They do lose hair during the coat change or "blow out" as it is sometimes called. I agree with Jill. If it's only tufts here & there and doesn't get worse, I wouldn't worry to much about it. If it seems to get worse and you notice really thin patches, I'd take him to the vet for a check up. |
