Hello from Minnesota!
 We don't know why anyone would give her up because she is quite possibly the best behaved dog I've ever met. She's pretty untrained at the moment but she (mostly) tries and honestly doesn't need it too much. Having never met an OES in real life my husband and I aren't sure if she's mostly a sheepie or a mix or what- whatever she is, I'm in love! Our cats aren't so sure. We have three disabled cats in the house- she's as gentle as can be with them (though she perpetually thinks that they may someday want to play with her and is always disappointed when they tell her to leave immediately).
One question- anyone in the west-central Minnesota area? I'm about 2 hours west of St Cloud and Lady would love a friend to play with

| Welcome! I actually met a dog that could be her twin with a tail the other day-- he was half Bearded collie/half Springer spaniel. Your girl looks so similar but a more OES face. She's so cute! |

Your Lady looks adorable - definitely a sheepdog mixed with something. They are very much the on foot laying/sitting dogs. I also have a similar car window picture of Chewie. 
How old is she? I live near Mankato, so not too near you. There are a couple other MN members also - welcome! |

ButtersScotch: I'm very, very glad that she's a sheepdog and not a springer spaniel/border collie mix! That would be waaaay too much energy. got sheep: She's about 2- we've pretty much decided her birthday is April 1st, the day after we got her She's old enough to have had a litter of puppies, though she was abandoned at the humane society shortly after that, poor thing. |
