Stuffed portabellas
 I dreamt about these mushrooms last night! How sad is that? I will put in the link to the recipe, hopefully it will work. I hope that's ok to do, if not, everyone can look on the food network site and find it, eventually, lol.

If anyone tries this recipe before me, please, post your opinion. I won't be making it until the middle of September...  |

I tried this recipe a few weeks ago. It was pretty good. I altered it a little bit, but it was still a little bland...I have some more alteration ideas for next time. I will probably add a little more parmesan and seasonings. Maybe some mozzerella to make it more gooey  |

| I agree on adding more cheese to make it more gooey, I thought about that as she was making it. Hubby will be home in September, so I am waiting for him before trying it. Stuffed mushrooms and spinach and artichoke dip are his two favorite appetizers. He told me to go ahead and make some for myself and my son, but I want to wait and make it part of his special welcome home dinner. Hope September hurrys up!! All this talk about mushrooms and pizza is killing me! |
I might even sautee some italian sausage and onions and add it to the mix...would make for a filling dinner  |
