Do OES enjoy swimming?

This might be a stupid question, but do OES enjoy swimming? We have a wonderful newfoundland that enjoys swimming, and we swim everyday and think its great exercise and fun for the family. We are pretty convinced that an OES is the right dog for us in he coming year, however it would be really great if they enjoyed swimming!

Thanks! Katherine

Mine doesn't!

He is happy in the water but only if it doesn't go past his knees!!
Mine do enjoy the water

But they prefer to keep their feet on the ground, no swimming... just playing.
Here's one who really didn't like the water...

Mine like to be in the water, too, but haven't really been swimming yet. :D

I don't have a picture to prove it, but Stella loves to swim! She'll swim out to get her ball and swim back, and she learned in just 10 minutes. It took considerable coaxing to get her into the water, but once she tried it, it took far more coaxing to get her OUT, lol.
Drez loves to swim in a pool, but she's scared of the ocean noise so she won't go near it!
yep :D
Mine does too!
