| Moderators and administrators are the only ones that can start new topics but everyone can post to the topics that are already posted.

| The reason is because I don't want a lot of good info hidden behind the locked gate of the Members Only section. That's why only Mods can start a thread there.
If you need a thread in private, or need one moved there, let me know. |
