eek! eEEK ! EEEK!!!
Yesterday Dawn nabbed her best "sink surfing" item yet. Imagine my horror when she trotted into the living room with one of my big bread knives!!! (handle in mouth of course) Just to let you know that Dawn is a true collector. She never chews on the things she gathers...she just wants to hatch them. Her favourite are my shoes. She'll open the closet door to get to them. She is guarding a pancake flipper as we speak. And as most of you know, Brigham will not eat bread products. Butter, margarine...anything that goes on bread but NOT the bread. That part he always spits out (usually on my carpet). Found out Saturday that he will eat bread...only it has to be home-made! True to the end. Long live the King. |

Tragedy averted, THANK GOD!!! I remember one time Tasker fished a razor out of the trash, I caught him before he turned his mouth into ribbons!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Maybe you should audition her for Hell's Kitchen, give Gordon Ramsey a run for his money, lol. I think I would flip out too if I saw my pup carrying a knife. My luck, that would be when he decided to play chase with me or the cat and chased us through the house with a knife in his mouth. At least she got it by the handle. Just proves how smart these dogs are! |

 Wow, I would have totally freaked out.
Glad she is okay. Pepsi used to be a collector too. He would roam the house when we were out and we'd come home to a pile of stuff in the front hall. Usually clothes at least one of something from everyone in the house.  |

Thank goodness she had the knife by the handle. Gotta luv those inquisitive collecting kids. 
Have you taought her to cook & flip pancakes?, since she has the pancake flipper handy at the moment.  |
