Good question b/c I'm running out of ideas too. How about making your favorite chicken (pre-made) wrap sandwich. You can have it with some homemade salsa and chips! Maybe a fruit or veggie pizza with a pre-made crust?
I made something unusual but good -- thai spiced watermelon soup with crabmeat-- spicy and served chilled, very little cooking involved. It is not for everyone, but might be worth a try for the adventurous.
how about margaritas, chips and dip?
Deana,
Go to www.foodnetwork.com --right now on the home page of their website they have a whole section called no cook meals...
I'm going to the store to get some pre-cooked fried chicken and am going to make some home-made cole slaw tonight.
Yum, i am sitting here, hungry. Todd's at work tonight, so it's just me and the pups.

I have some canned turkey meat - a chicken salad sandwich it is!!! Thanks
Thanks but it just got to hot to eat. SO I did nothing

Hubby is not to happy but the thought of eating makes me sick
