WHY?

 Why must an sheepdog always use me as a towel after she/he has been drinking water, especially if I have my shorts on 8)

BECAUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your "the Mom!"
because you make a great towel???? 8O :?
Or why do they constantly go back to the water bowl after you just towel-dried their mouth and refreshed the bowl? Frank will do this like 4 x's in a row. Drives me crazy.
I'm not sure why..but it always happens
Me too....and then Simon the basset does the same thing, just in a different spot!
Lucy needs a mop after she drinks! She is SOOOO messy. I think she just takes a mouthful and spits it out on the floor for the sake of being naughty!!
to show how much they love us
cause somebody has to get it! (water!)   and they always choose the one they like most!!
To show you how smart they are. They know who cleans up all the messes, who dries their face, etc.......

So, they bring it to ya, plop it on those bare legs, and say,

"Here, clean this up!"
:excited:

Tove I know the answer!!! It's written in the Sheepie rule book as follows:

Rule #132> Remember all good sheepies MUST immediately race up to their uprights after they have sopped up their beards with water. It's better that the uprights have their best clothes on or shorts in order to make them notice. Shaking water on them is preferable too!

Article 254, subsection 132. To neglect to do this may refrain them from thinking you affectionately as a goof/clown/silly sheepie and other affectionate terms.

>>carefully slips back the sheepie rule book in Merlin's secret hiding spot..don't want him to know I peeked!

Marianne
Hmmm, I think mine have lost their sheepie Rule Book over the years.

I thought they were just smart enough to realize that I clean up easier than the furniture.
 I dont think mine have any sheepie Rule Book at all

Gasp..so many typos...apologies!
>>need more sleep
