Bach'S rescue ingredients

Not being sure how my 8 month old puppy would react to the fireworks tonight ( his first 4th of July!), I bought some Bach's Rescue. I was about to give it to him because he started getting super hyper and barking and pacing with all the noise...BUT the "inactive ingredients" say 27% alcohol...isn't that alot of alcohol in such a tiny bottle? I feel like I might as well give him a shot of whiskey! 8O

It says four drops but I only gave him two...anybody else out there tonight that can give me their thoughts?
Thanks.

Ashley I truly have no idea as we just chose to stay home turn the tv up loud and cuddle with them on the couch. I hope all goes well for you.
Lol. It's 27% of the little bottle, though, so when dosed out, is just a small amount. I'd only worry if they put a proof number on the bottle!
