Roll Call for Michigan Picnic-- Date, Time and Location Set!
I talked to Laurie (Emmie and Bella's Mm) about date and time and it looks like August 4 at 1 p.m. will be the official picnic start time. She has graciously, again, offered to host at her house so we'll send out the address and directions soon. I know I've received a couple of PMs from those that are interested in coming but I wanted to put out one final call on the forum for anyone interested to check in. Then, from here on out, I'll just send picnic info to your e-mail addresses and quit gumming up the forum! These are the people that have either confirmed that they're coming or sent me their e-mails to be put on the list. (forum name, dog name) Craig Duffield (Barkley) Bosley's Mom (Bosley and Dixie) floofdog (Bentley) bestdogsx4 (I don't know if Holly will bring a dog!) Emmie and Bella's Mom (Emmie and Bella) Paula O. (don't think she'll be bringing the wonder pony!) Maggie McGee IV (Nelson) A few others have expressed interest but they either haven't sent me their e-mail and/or I haven't heard from them since the date part was set. I also know of a few other people that came last year so I thought I'd send them e-mails off the list since their either infrequent forum members or non-forum members. I encourage any of you are coming to do the same if you know others who may be interested. I don't want to unintentionally forget anyone. This Sunday, I will turn yet another year older and even more forgetful so I am depending on all of you to help me in my old age.  |

| My son that will be a senior at the University of Michigan asked me to ask you folks in Michigan if he could attend. He wouldn't have any sheepie with him but he loves the dogs. He has been doing some house/dog sitting to earn some extra money. |

| How far into Michigan will it be? I do want to go, but it depends on how many hours across the border I'd have to go. It's at least 5 or 6 hours to the border for me depending on traffic.
I also don't know which dogs I'd bring.... LOL |

I also don't know which dogs I'd bring.... LOL Livonia is about 20 minutes from the border. It's an easy drive on our area's easiest to travel freeway. I think you Canada people should buddy up and carpool. |

| To share pages on the photo gallery, you must use the URLs you see in the info section not the url you see in the address bar.
The photo gallery sorts the pictures in a hundred different ways and keeps track of the view you have through your URL. In your case you were looking at your own pics, so when anyone clicks on that link they are going to see one of THEIR own pics! lol You can also use the URL that is in red, just remove the IMG and /IMG tags. |

We will no longer be camping (long story on another thread) so recommendations for a good dog-friendly motel/hotel would be great! Maybe any travelers with dogs can stay at the same place and we can have a hotel party! We will probably be staying Saturday nite. Jill, I will PM you my email addy in case you no longer have it from last year... |
