A Good Lucy Update

For unknown reasons (although I don't really care why!), Lucy has been doing great over the last 4 days. She's completely her old self again! We finished all the meds that the vet had given us and, almost on cue, Lucy starting improving dramatically. She hasn't collapsed in 4 days and she's incredibly active. When she was feeling bad, she didn't even want to get up. Yesterday alone she went in and out of the dog door at least 25-30 times to explore the yard, come back in for a drink and then back out for more exploring.

It's almost like she was suffering from a mysterious virus that finally ran its course. She's still moving around like a 13 year old but a spry 13 year old! I'm so happy to see her in such a good mood again. Here's to hoping it continues!

Good Girl Lucy! :D
Wow--that's great! I hope that it means the medicine finally kicked in, kicked out the problem and that she's as good as new now.
Yay for Lucy!! Hope it continues this well!

Great news!

(Maybe she's just thrilled she doesn't have to take any more medicine )
Yay Lucy!! I was just thinking about her today and logged on intending to ask for an update. What great news!
I'm happy to hear a positive update about her!! :)
I'm wondering if the glucosamine chondroitin supplement has helped enough to keep her happy now. It's the only thing she's on. Even the other stuff was just for pain management-- none of it was to "fix" her. Anyway, like I said, I'm just glad that she's feeling better. I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing!
Yea!
Yeah! WTG Lucy!
My hubby is in charge of the morning meals & meds for the furries. I can always tell when he "forgets" to give them their glucosamine & chondroitin.
Great news and happy that Lucy is feeling fine :clappurple:
GREAT NEWS, probably is the supplement, they say it takes several days for the natural stuff to start working in their systems.

WOO HOO GO LUCY :D
must be in the air my 12 yr old daytona was running and swimming yesterday but can get her off the couch today.
