Fancy Balsamic Vinegar recipes

When I was in France I bought a bottle of fig-infused balsamic vinegar. It is SO yummy. I could really just eat it by itself by the spoonful. It is syrupy and sweet.

I know I can go look it up somewhere, but I was hoping some people would have recipes that they have and love that involved fancy balsamic...

Take Italian sausage and simmer it in water for about 7-8 minutes. Remove and slice into chunks. .......ok, you are suppose to take the balsamic vinegar and pour it into a skillet and poach the sausages until the vinegar is thick and syrupy and adheres to the sausages. I don't know how much you paid for the vinegar.......so I'll leave it up to you how much you want to use in the skillet and how coated you want those pieces.

Balsamic like you have is delicious over fresh strawberries!

Also try a pear half, ball off blue cheese and toasted walnuts with the balsamic drizzled over top.
Oh oh oh!!! Kelsey's (a restaurant here in Canada, not sure if you have them in the states) has THE best balsamic recipes!!! They are SO amazing!

They have a balsamic chicken (season grilled chicken breast with a creamy balsamic sauce drizzled over it that they serve with long grain wild rice...mmmmm

They also have balsamic chicken penne, just the same grilled chicken and sauce served over pasta. I'm pretty sure it's my favorite taste LOL

I can't find the recipe now though..... Darcy did you save it anywhere?
hold on lemme see if i can pull it up..

BINGO!

Here is what I found....save and/or print it Stace :D ....
