My OES changes colors

I have a 2 year old OES, I have to keep her trimmed because she has a large fenced yard to play in, and she loves mud! I trim her myself, I usually don't let her get real long. This time when I trimmed her she had developed a large black spot\patch fur. It was not there the last time I trimmed her.

It could be what I call Trauma Hair. If they have had an injury in that spot, been scratching there or had a wound there, sometimes in that area the hair will grow back black.
Yea, it will eventually mature and return to normal color. MO had one when we trimmed her down. SUPRISE! No idea what caused it. It's not sore, just a black patch on her shoulder.
