Sheepiepalooza ATTENDEES please read

A few important NOTES for those coming in to Sheepiepalooza:

1) There will be food at George's house on Friday as well as treats for the dogs. So don't worry about grabbing dinner.

2) Please bring a folding chair in a bag if you have one. You may want it at the dog park Saturday night and at Purina Farms on Sunday.

3) Don't forget the Sheepie Parade. It is about a six block parade and I am not sure how many people will be watching but feel free to "dress or accessorize" your sheepie. We hope to honor Rescue sheepies at this event.

4) There will be a couple of raffle "baskets" at the picnic on Sunday to raise more money for OESRNSE. There will definitely be one for GROOMING and one for AGILITY. These are addition to the attendance prize drawings. So please take a "chance" and support rescue.

I cannot wait to see all of you!!! This is soooooo EXCITING! :excited: :excited: :excited:

I've been walking around singing the Shee-pie-pa-Loooo-Za song and not one person has looked at me strangely. Now, seriously, wouldn't YOU send me home??

Me too, Judi!!
I would send you home, Jil.

I wish I could attend and meet everyone.....

But you all will have a great time and yes, we demand nightly pictures!
In the just in case category, can you tell us where a 24 hour emergency vet is located? I'd like to plug that into my GPS. Safety first!
Hey Paula, I'll swing by and pick you up on Friday!

Val, that's an excellent idea. I'd like to do the same.
Yes all of you please take lots of pics! :) Have fun! :)

Hmmm. . . George / Judi -- do you need anything from us?
If anyone has extra large raincoats we may be able to raffle them off it rains and make a bundle for the Rescue.
Jil, I'd love for you to pick me up. Unfortunately I have a horse show to work this weekend and have to visit my mom. But I'll be available next year!
Paula it's a date!
You can't have a parade without Mardi Gras beads - it just isn't done. So Lucky, Sam, London, and Johnnie have decided we are bringing a trunk full of Mardi Gras beads to the parade for everyone.
Wynette, the local folks in Soulard will think we're either celebrating Mardi Gras early or late; that's a big event there each year. In fact it begins the Sat. before with a humangous dog parade. Much of the architecture is very similar to the French Quarter.
Have a great time everyone, be safe!!!!

Holly, who NEVER gets to do anything fun
Holly, next year I'll pick you up too 'cause you DON'T get to do anything fun!
I have a note from LeAnne -

They reserved a room at the Super 8 also, but decided to stay in my room, seeing my friend Mary is not coming.

Their room is still booked, but available!!!
It is a room with 1 queen bed. Cost is about $50/night. PM me if you are interested. We will keep the reservation if someone wants to use it! Cancelation deadline is 4pm on Friday.
That is great Dawn - we should be able to fit Holly and Paula plus Bob the wonder pony in the room!

Seriously it is not too late! The more the merrier!!!!!

Wynette, thanks for the beads. The people in Soulard will be wasting their time working for the beads since these dogs can't see anything. I work near the dollar store and am going to pick up some candy if I can that we can pass out. There will probably be one kid that will make off like a bandit. My parents will be there for the parade so there should be two attendees. 8O
