Another Use for the Dog Door

Today we had good weather for the dogs to be outside to play so I left the dog door open for the dogs to go in and out. I can see the backyard as I'm moving around the house so I can keep an eye on them. The boys like to stick their heads through from the outside every now and then just to see what I'm doing. They do it a lot so I never even notice it usually. I hear the click of the door, a little rustling and then they go out again.

Anyway, it was warm so one time they came in and I gave them ice cubes. What I hadn't noticed is that Clyde had gone and munched on some food when he came in. They went outside again and I didn't pay much attention when Clyde poked his head back in. I was picking up in the dining room and walked past the door and found a gift. Clyde stuck his head in the house just to puke and then went back outside. He apparently didn't want to mess up the yard.

Good boy, Clyde! ;)

Better than bringing it to you in bed for Mother's Day...
WOW! That is funny. 8O :D
He wanted you to have something to do, LOL, I LOVE it!
He was just showing you that he was poorly!

Typical man would have jsut wanted some sympathy!! lol
I can totally picture that. Clyde--that's no way to treat your mom on Mother's Day!
Ice cubes always make my boys throw up.

He didn't used to throw up at all from them. Then as he got older, if he ate first, he'd throw up almost immediately if he ate a cube. He's got such a cast iron stomach that it's out of character for him to throw anything up.
My parent's dog Maggie LOVES ice cubes and was fine with them for a long time, but then all of a sudden she throws them up, too. It's really sad because every time someone gets ice from the machine she comes running, but now she doesn't get a treat...
sounds like panda and clyde got together for ''special'' mothers day gifts....clyde and his throw up and panda and her poop....

now that i think of it, why did WE have to clean it up???? where was james?? After brian stepped in it, got all grossed out and brought me the trash container and paper towels...all he did was stand over me and tell me how bad it smelled and how gross it was :?
Good boy, Clyde  Just giving mom something to do in case she was bored
I can (& do) clean it up sometimes, but I feel I am depriving my husband Larry of something to do :D
I have many photos of him in suit & tie (just home from work) picking up poop. He does it with style
Just be glad that he didn't go and barf on the carpet!!! :D That is what Oscar would've done!

Laurie and Oscar
Clyde sure is a classy fellow... 8O

Don just can't do it.....He holds it out far from his body, looks in a different direction while he smears it all over the floor trying to wipe it up.....And he gags the whole time....

Makes a bigger mess then how it started.. 8O

sissy men!! lol....
Actually Paul is better at that than am I.......sissy me.........OH GROSS! I no sooner type that then Jack leaves a stink bomb very reminiescent of the yellow diarrhea I had to clean off his butt earlier (he stole some of the kitty's milk). 8O 8O

Who says these beasts are mind readers or reading my messages off this screen??
In all fairness, James wasn't home. He's pretty good about cleaning things up normally so I can't complain. If it's a major blowout, he always pitches in and helps me clean too if it's a 2 person job. We have a LOT of 2 person jobs, too!
What a good boy!!!!!!!!!!!! Tasker is in the habit in the spring of eating grass and puking, but he always waits til he gets inside to puke
Way to go Clyde! Any more hangover-esque pictures of him post vomit?
