GAS

I have a smallish SUV with a 22gal tank. Filled up the other day and it cost $58.00. I'm going to have to take out a second mortgage to make it to Sheepiepalooza but heck its going to be worth it!!!!!

$77 last weekend to fill up the truck. And had to do it twice.

This summer will be expensive.

Does it say something about my life, that i assumed this post was about the SHEEPDOG variety...
I thought the exact same thing. I was getting ready to post something about Barkley having a talent for clearing a room!

Still around $45 to fill a tank (station wagon). Gas hovers around $1 CAD per litre (approx. $3.42 USD per gallon), but I only fill up every 2-3 weeks.
I'm at about $30/week, but only because I drive home to see my spoiled rotten dog on the weekends.

Now that it's warming up I've been riding my bike everywhere, it's a really nice feeling when I go home on Fridays to know that the car is where I left it 5 days ago!
With the price of gas what it is, I'm really appreciative of all the members that are driving to St. Louis. I promise Judi and I will do our best to make it all worth while - but please pray for a dry, cool week.
It seems to have settled somewhat around here, last night it was 1.02/litre (approx 3.85 gallon)
Last week, of course when I had to drive 3 hours each way to dog shows, it was up as high as 1.19 litre in some places (4.50 gallon)

It is making dog shows extremely expensive, I just finished 4 weekends in a row of show,s and have a 2 week break now before the next. I'm going to try and keep my entries to 2 hours or less for now til gas prices are more reasonable.
   Yeah, I was thinking sheepdog GAS

Jack just let out a real stink bomb!

As for petrol........I'm making a concerted effort to NOT drive, but rather bunch errands into a long day rather than having to drive back into town. I'm looking at the price of gas versus the higher prices for items away from the city's competition. Also, dining out is becoming a rarity.
Yep, I thought the fart variety too!
Our car gas price is at $3 now - better than some I see. My little escort is getting tired - not up to the 30 mpg or more it used to do. We are renting a car for Sheepiepalooza - it may be the longest test drive on record!
It is the old case of Supply and Demand.

People are "demanding" gas and Sheepdogs are "supplying" it.

I smell patent - for you sheepie owning inventors!
After paying over $4 a gallon in San Francisco, maybe I can back Henry up to the gas tank to recycle. LOL
It costs me $18.00 a day to get back and forth to work
