Shadow

Hi all, I've been reading this forum for a couple of months before Guinness
finally arrived last Saturday. I'm sorry I named him so soon as the name
shadow would really suit him :)

He usually drops his toy and follows me whenever I go to a different room.
He only wanders to different rooms when I'm sitting down and not going
anywhere. He's usually within 2 feet of me when I walk around the house.
Is this typical behaviour for a 10 week old puppy ? At least he only cries
softly for a few seconds when I put him in his crate and leave for a couple
of hours.

That's why we call them Velcro dogs
Isn't it great? Insta-companion!
It's very cute and it sounds like it's normal behaviour for an OES.
It saves me running around keeping an eye on him because he
runs around keeping an eye on me instead

Here's a pic of the little critter in one of his not so hyper moments

Guinness is just adorable! Yup, get used to him being underfoot. Get used to not being able to go to the bathroom without a companion. Get used to taking a shower with company. Your life is no longer your own!!! Isn't it great!?

Laurie and Oscar
Oh, Guiness is just adorable!! :hearts:

And being velcro dogs is just one of sheepies' greatest traits. He'll have you trained in no time - watching where he is before walking stepping on him, etc. And we think WE train THEM!! HAHA!!
yes they stick like glue everywheer you go they want to keep a eye on you at all times .
Guiness is so cute! I love the black coming off of to the sides of his nose. It makes his nose look HUGE! You have a perfect looking little guy!
He is a cutie!
Guinness is adorable and his actions sound just right to me :D
He is so cute !! We have a Guinness too!!
In case you haven't figured it out, Velcro isn't just for puppies, this is something that carries on thru their life. MO is just outside the bathroom door as my husband showers and Jack is right behind my chair as I sit here. TV watching, our respective sheepdogs are just an arm's reach away.

When this velcro business gets to be too much, I turn on the vacuum cleaner........suddenly I'm alone.

LMAO
Yes, it is something you must get used to. Gucci has started this annoying habit of peeking at me around the shower curtain while I'm showering. I find Gucci especially bad for this following around, I think it's because he's deaf.

Guiness is SO CUTE!!!!! :hearts:
