If you have any uncontrollable urges: 1) Draw a deep, deep breath. When you've taken in as much as you can, sip in just a little bit more. Then sip in just a little bit more. Then again. When you have stretched those lungs out, then let all that air go and along with the air the tension. 2) Get the gum or the lozenges if you're not on some other quitting medication. It helps! | I "WAS" trying to get the brain not quite so focused on smoking, but on getting excited about going to Sheepiepalooza and meeting that many forum members. Thanks everyone. I knew it wasn't going to be easy to quit after smoking for 21 years.

I am also so proud of you both . Don't give up ! You can do it !!!!! 
I also smoked for over 25 years and it will be 2 1/2 years ago I quit , If I can do it you guys can ! A tip to help is drink lots of water or something like 'Crystal Light' when you want a Cigarettes . It helps to keep your mind off the smoking and the more you flush out your body of the old nicotine the easier it gets . I can make you one promises: "YOU WILL FEEL SO GOOD IN A FEW WEEKS " YOU GO GIRLS !!!!!!

| 1 more - my daughter LeAnne and her new hubby Keith. Her forum name is "lfinch" and she has only posted a few times - but I keep her up to date. I guess she will have to change her forum name too. They are bringing Clay - 6 yr old OES. Their wedding will be the week before, May 18th!

I hate the smell of cigars and cigarettes, I hate any cola or diet pop, and well, I guess I do like potatoes!!
