Rough Paws

Albert has extremley rough and flaky paws. Is there anything that can be put on them to help them? I try to keep him off concrete as much as possible, but it seems like they are always so rough no matter what. Any advice would be muchly appreciated! Thanks

When I adopted Maggy her paws were dry and cracking.
I use "8in1 EXCEL" paw wax and protector on her paws.
It is made to protect, condition and prevent splitting of paws. You can find it in your local pet store.
