Easter Breakfast?

What are you guys serving for Easter breakfast? We're going to lunch with my parent's at 2pm. So I figured I'd be safe to make a nice breakfast for Mike, Christina, and me. But I can't decide what to make. I'm thinking of making my very special, incredibally naughty cinnamon roles on saturday, but that only gives me one thing.

So what are YOU all having Easter morning?

Eggs benedict!!!!!!!!!!!!! mimosas!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, if I make it to church tonight......which begins at 11 p.m. and ends about 1:30 a.m..........there's a soup served afterward called margaritza....please note the "z" though I'd be just as pleased with the non"z" as well. The soup is a lamb and rice soup served with the egg-lemon sauce. Then people go home to bed and come back for an 11 a.m. service followed by a big roasted lamb dinner.

However, I spent two days doing the Pascha (Easter) decorating for Christ's bier, and now can't walk. Talk about foot cramps!! Polio as a child, too much weight now.........arrrgh! So to answer your question........assuming I'm not going to be able to walk by tonight.........tomorrow's breakfast will probably be exactly what Darcy and her fireman hunk are having.......Mimosas and Eggs Benedict! Oh yum!!
