| This topic is available here on forum.oes.org | Monday, Eight In One Inc., a division of United Pet Group Inc., announced the unrelated recall of all Dingo brand Chick’n Jerky treats for dogs, cats and ferrets. The treats are being recalled because they may be contaminated with salmonella, the company said. They were sold at Target, PetSmart and other stores.
Petrapport Issues Recall of Pig Ear Dog Treats Because of Salmonella Contamination. They were imported from a Chilean company during the period August 2006 through December 2006 because the pig ears have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism that can cause serious infections in dogs.

My mom has given me cases of different treats for cats, even bone-like things for cats (long stick that's either a bone or beef jerky), so it would make it easier for me to sort through them. | J, the long stick things you are talking about (if they are the one I am thinking about ) are called 'bully sticks'.
