I gained 1.8 pounds this week...

(just weighed in at Weight Watchers) and I don't care. Because I put on a sweater this morning and it fit. Two months ago it was stretched across my chest and I couldn't button the cardigan. This morning it fits beautifully and the cardi is buttoned. And my pants are much looser in the waist. And my sister (who I suspect has anorexic moments and thinks she's overweight at 120) told me she could tell I've lost weight.

Neener. A triumph in my mental battle.

That's awesome! Muscle weighs more than fat, and if things are fitting better and you feel good, that is the best kind of progress :)
Remember, inches not weight...........even your sister noticed!

Congrats! That's awesome. Water weight??? I've heard that a person's weight can fluctuate +/- 5 pounds per day!
CONGRATS TO YOU . I AM A MEMBER AS WELL AND I HAD A VERY BAD NIGHT LAST NIGHT. MY BRITISH FRIENDS ARE IN TOWN AND WE WENT TO A MEXICAN PLACE FOR DINNER. I HAD MY MEAL ALL PLANNED OUT AND MY 1 DRINK PLANNED, BUT I GUESS I DIDN'T EAT ENOUGH THROUGH OUT THE DAY BECAUSE I WAS REALLY HUNGRY AND JUST BLEW IT FOR THE DAY. I AM TRYING TO JUST BE VERY CAREFUN FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK AND I WILL WORK REALLY HARD AT THE GYM, BTU MAN DID I BLOW IT. I STARTED CALCULATING THE POINTS OF ALL THE STUFF I ATE ANW WELL I CAN'T EAT ANY MORE FOOD THIS WEEK WHICH IS JUST IMPOSSIBLE. ITS HARD NOT TO BEAT YOUR SELF UP. UGH! :cry:

8) Tomorrow is another day. You can't change the past. This is real life. There will be times when you will eat more then points allow, but that is just that time and that day. Pat yourself on the back that you have been this successful so far. Just keep going and enjoy your friends visit also. Today is a new day!
