I just read a proposed bill in Tennessee that will allow rescue organizations to get free spay/neuters and vaccinations for their rescue animals through a subsidy program! How cool is that? The bill # is HB307 , you can find it at http://www.legislature.state.tn.us/bill ... HB0307.pdf
