Musis and Lyrics- Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant
Drew could use a change in cast type, but she does this kind so well, I enjoy her films anyway. And Hugh Grant is great....But then I kind of have a crush on him, anyway.. 
So it was pretty well what we expected, cute, fun, laid-back....Nothing complicated and although it may leave the 30 plus group feeling a bit "old" it is all in good fun...Hugh actually does the singing, and is surprising good! 
I would recommend this movie, for what you kind of expect it to be... |

| I love those happy movies!!!! You've got mail (which I assume is the same type) was one of my favorites. Oh...and Love Actually (I think HG was in that too) is another. Oh...and 4 Weddings and a funeral... Oh and.......... Well you get it! |
| I went to see Music & Lyrics the other night.... it was ok, but I think could have just been a tv movie LOL
The actors can do so much better, and the story itself was good, so I can only conclude that poor directing ruined what could have been a great movie. |
