Diarrhea for no apparent reason
To make a longer story short, Panda has diarrhea today and I have no idea why. Not even just loose poop, this is explosive. I have been keeping the dogs separated unless I am supervising so I KNOW she didn't get into anything. I have all the dogs on the same food to prevent just this if they did eat each others food so I know it's not that either. She seems very healthy, she has been eating, drinking and very energetic as usual. I just don't get it 
Can any of you think of what may have caused this? I gave her imodium, and I REALLY hope it works. |

| I cant help you with what caused it....Pandas happened from medication...but I TOTALLY understand the explosion part.....nasty nasty nasty.....the immodium should help....just keep an eye on her....if she is eating that is a good sign....
side thought...could it possibly be anxiety related??? |

| Is she coming into heat? Thinking as a human, when it is that TOM...bowel movements change. With the change in estrogen...I think, you can have anything from loose to constipated...TMI... LOL
Just wanted to throw that out there. She didn't explore the backyard alone? Garbage? Toilet bowel drinking? Cat food, litter box? Plants inside the house? Neighbours nice? Someone wouldn't give her something behind your back? Table scraps? Hope she feels better soon. |

We'd have to travel 6 hours south to find grass.... at least.... I am absolutely sure she didn't get into anything, but I did forget something that I think is probably the cause. She ate poop recently... her own.... so maybe her "snack" didn't agree with her the second time through... She could also be coming into heat soon, so maybe that's it... Either way, I hope that's the end of it! |

| Hopefully it's the poop, but Bingley got giardia when he was little and it reminds me of what you said of Panda. Any kind of outside animal can carry it - such as a raccoon or a fox looking for a warmer place to hang out during the night. Hopefully she's good really soon! |
| Hope the immodium works and Panda is "in the pink" (coat) again soon!!
Maybe she is nervous about becoming an Aunt!! |
