Someone looking for a rescue
She is looking for a rescue puppy. She was just running her mouth telling me about her last OES she had to put to sleep. She rescued him. Anyway, then she told me about her first OES she bought from a "breeder" and then she and hubby got divorced and she had no money for Christmas presents for the kids, so she sold the dog. I about jumped through the phone. I just want everybody to know about this woman. I know there are rescue people on this forum. Just in case she contacts any of you. Ingrid |

| Sounds like the worst of the worst when it comes to people who shouldn't be allowed to have a dog.

| Well Ron, she told me that they took their OES on vacation and while she was walking him outside he ate something and later on got sick. They took him to a vet there, got fluids and she said she spend about $500.
They went home but he still was not feeling better, she went to her vet and he told her they had to do more bloodwork to see what was going on, but she felt that OES only live to be 10 years old and he was 8, she just put him to sleep. I asked her where she heard such a thing, one of my rescues that I pulled from the shelter was 13 and lived another three years. So she don't need another OES or any other breed of dog. Ingrid |
Wow...that's just amazing. I guess maybe there could have been more to the story with her and the vet knowing that he was extremely sick, but if it played out like you said, that is just so wrong and horribly sad  |
WOW, I have alot I'd like to say, but....my tongue would fall out of my mouth if I'd talk like that. To type it would put my finger's in danger, so I'll just pass on this one.  |
