Please spay and neutehr them before placing them. Or contact a local rescue group who will take them and get them altered.
if i had the money i would fix them, but i spent most of my money on feed and shots. and the local HATS will not take them due to lack of space, they are over full already. so if you know of some other rescue near MT. Pleasant MI please let me know.
There is a rescue organization in MI. Please go to www.oes.org and click on the link that says Get A Sheepdog! It will take you to OES rescue links. There's an email address for MI.

Someone on the forum also might be able to help. I live too far away.
thank you for your help and i hope i can find someone to help these beautiful dogs
Please, go here http://www.oes.org/html/oes_rescue.shtml and scroll down to MI.

Please, let us know how it goes.
Where are you at in Michigan?
I live near Mt. Pleasant, the dogs are around 1 1/2 to 2 years old, the female had 3 live puppies(the other 3 were born dead  ) 2 weeks after i got her and i was able to find people to take them, but no one wants older dogs, because these need lots of training, especially the male, who thinks he is still little and can lay on your lap, lol. from what i was told they came from an amish breeder near the border of Michigan, they had papers but the other person lost them, they were more interested in makeing money on them then their care. i will try to take some pics as soon as i can.
Let me know what the rescues say. I'm not too far and can possibly help with transport.

Hi-
I just sent you an email with a rescue contact for Michigan but I forgot to ask...
How much longer will you be able to keep these two sheepies?
Jaci
I haven't heard back... were you able to place your two sheepdogs?

I just got an email from Jerry saying she has someone in your town who might be interested in adopting them. Were you able to check Adam out to see if he'd give them a great home? If you want the female spayed before she's placed, I may be able to assist with this but we would need to talk first.

When you have a minute, please let Jerry or me know if you still need help in placing them.
Thanks!
Jaci
i am sorry i wasn't able to reply to many of the emails i got, for some weird reason my email was acting up and wouldn't let me reply to some of the inquiries, so i will reply tonight if possible.
Hey, it's no problem... I just want your sheepies to be able to find a home with someone who will love them and keep them safe. I hope you can go through any offers to find just the right person or people.

I'd really like to see the female spayed prior to placement so she won't bring anymore pups into this world that could end up like these two. It's just not fair. Not that the male doesn't need to be neutered because he does but spaying the female will stop it at the source. And sometimes people don't always do as they promise. If you need help with funding this please let me know... maybe we can work something out.

Good luck to you and your two sheepies.
Jaci
