Dangers of baby gates

Trying to hop over baby gates when you are clumsy to start with is not always a good decision. This is actually a couple of days after and the colors are starting to fade.

Up on my wish list......baby gate that has a door that you can walk through! :D

OUCH 8O

Yes you definately need to upgrade.

Hope it is not too sore, looks painful. :(
Ouch!

Yep, one of the many things I don't miss now that I have the First Years gate...
8O
oh poor you, but if it makes you feel ANY better, you know the 2'0'' fence on my side yard in front of my house....i tried to leap over that and ended up with a mouthful of grass AND bruised shin and knee.....

OUCH!
oh so sorry , it looks sore
You definitely need a new gate. That leg has the look of PAIN! 8O
No it doesnt hurt anymore. Though I will admit I was sitting on the floor crying after I did it. Felt like I broke my leg. And the most frustrating thing about it......I didn't break the baby gate. :( Ever since I have seen the ones that you can walk through I have been envying them. And I keep telling my husband that I can hardly wait until the baby gates that we have break. Guess I should have tried falling over it harder

YIKES, OUCH! I'd buy the new gate right away. Cheaper than a broken leg.
Ouch :!:
I am so glad that my baby gate days are over my upright is 17, now I just need special door and window locks to keep her in at night :| .... (just kidding..... )

Seriously, I'm curious, how much would a broken leg cost over there?

Alternatively, my comment here is : I bet you can find plenty of people to do it cheap!
I had a walk thru gate like 8 year ago and fell more times using that thing.
It would stick and I would walk into it expecting it to open after I had pressed the walk thru button and lifted the handle. Also if it was open and I walked into the swinging part it would usually swing back and hit me
Luckily, they don't make that model anyone. lol
Definitely not good for clumsy people.
After seeing that picture I would definitely breakdown and go ahead and buy one that had the door to open on it. That leg looks very painful.

Even with insurance, it can cost an arm and a leg!
Ouch!
WOW does that bring back memories of the "potty-training" days! So happy that they are able to have free range of the whole house and not just the kitchen and dining room. (Although it was easier to keep the weight off when you had to climb over those gates all the time!)
