Superman Returns
The storyline was staggered IMO, went from slow to faster paced, but lacked direction. I thought Brandon Routh was absolutely fantastic for the roll of Superman, he did an amazing job, worthy of the memory of Christopher Reeve. At first I thought he was too young for it, but he was perfect. The only thing I think they should have done better as far as his character portrayal went is the color of his eyes. He has very dark brown eyes, I think they should have made them look more blue, lighter... Lois Lane's character didn't match at all for me... but the actress who played her is great and did a good job. It just didn't fit though IMO. |

| We watched it last night, too. I liked it and felt the same way you did. Heck, all they needed was a guy that looked like Reeve. I think he only had about 10 speaking lines in the whole movie! |
