update on Benji

well we got him fixed yesterday i felt so sorry for him as we did multple things to him ,as well as fixed we fixed a small hernia caused from birth
very small ,vet said it wont bother him but we can do at the same time you get him neutered ,so he had that to. i also got him midrochipped
and the vet pulled out his ear hairs while he was under, apparently it was ready
he didnt charge me for blood work and pulling his ear hairs plus he gave me 20% off bill for doing it all at once .we also gave him a shot for ths cough thing thats apparently quite common at the monent also no charge
i have all my animals treate d there and he takes really good care of them :D :D :D :D :D :D
the first day back yesterday he was pretty drugged out but didn t want to sleep he perffered to stand as long as possible i guess it was more comfortable than lying down ,i was up with him most of the evening i removed the collar and watched him so he didnt pulls stitches out
i got a softer collar today that he can at leats see throught and not crash into so many things today we ventured out and he was good ,i gave him some pain meds thisafternoon and he refuses to sleep he literally was wobbling from narcotics to make him sleep and ease the pain stubborn bugger,im off for 10 days so i took advantage so i could be with him constantlky my wife thinks im crazy staying up half the night but she knows hes my baby and i want him to make him feel better sooner than later .
8) 8) 8) Benji neville and tanisha wish you all a very happy christmas and new
year and i truly thank you all for your supoort since i got benji you were all a great help .

Poor Benji ! :(

Yay for you for doing all of this for him!

Merry Christmas.
I hope Benji feels better FAST!!!
I hope Benji has a speedy recovery! He'll be back to himself in no time at all.
And Merry Christmas to you and yours. :D
There is nothing sadder than a zonked sheepdog. I hope he's feeling better and can lay down soon.

I'm surprised he's having trouble. Did the vet tell you about ice packs? It sometimes helps them with the pain. Of course getting a sheepdog to stand still while you ice down his missing parts.......I've only had one who would tolerate it. No more than 10-15 minutes at a time, don't want frostbite too.
you are such a good dad.. merry xmas love your pics :D
What a great sheepie dad you are! It's not easy when they don't feel good. Hope your baby feels better soon.
Awww... he'll be fine :)

Wishing him a fast recovery :)
Give the little boy a kiss from Panda...that usually makes them feel better right away!
hugs and kisses from us!
What a great dad you are. :ghug: to Benji and that he feels better soon. Merry Christmas to you too.
