Mine, that you guys chose last time fell apart, and they don't ship to AK. I LOVED it, but Mr. J says it's ugly. 
Now, I plan on carrying a diaper bag for at least another 4 years. At least. So, I don't think it's bad to spend a little money on something.
First one seems small, so it wouldn't hold a lot, but stylish. It's made by Graco (for those that don't know, just a baby company that makes baby products, not designer bags), so I don't know if in person, it would look like blagh. I still really like it. Which is why I'm having a hard time deciding.
Bag 1:
# insulated bottle pocket
# Changing pad
# Wipes case
# Removable dry bag
# Easy-clean interior
# Lots of pockets and pouches
I don't plan on using the changing pad. never do. Don't care about wiping case or anything other than it has to have a place to keep a bottle, which is does.
Bag 2:
A kate spade diaper bag. there is another strap that allows you to hang the diaper bag across your stroller handles. interior has 2 bottle pockets, large zipper compartments and 2 additional multifunction pockets. It features a secure yet easy zipper closer.
the downfall for this one is, it looks like the bottle would leak through since the material isn't like my old bag that would hold in spilled milk. something that does happen with some shaking. also, the price is 3 times more than the one above. still willing to get it if you guys think it's better! |

Assuming lil j is in diapers until 2, and then i will have a second child. I have some free ones from friends or the hospital that are very nice, but they look like A DIAPER BAG!  |

well, the kate spade is awefully nice...but if you look at one of the websites that Stacey put up...the first one...calliope...look four rows down, second one in....the chocolate ice tote....now THATS a tote...

I told myself that I'll bid on the kate spade bag, and if I don't win it, then I was meant to get the 1st bag.
Well, I didn't bid high enough. Didn't think i'd be disappointed but I AM!!! I hate losing any auction. I started to really like the bag.

I like the first one personally. I'm lucky, my mom is buying me (EVENTUALLY, SIGH!) one of those petunia picklebottom bags. I think their bags are gorgeous! I love all the different fabric choices. Of course thy're pricey too, but if mom is paying, it doesn't matter! (Look at me, talking about diaper bags  )

Well, what's keeping ya!! We were married around the same time (me: 4-20-05 ...officially 5-21-05), and we're already pregnant with #2. I thought I read you were also married in 2005. hehehe
Being pregnant is the best. ...and once you feel that little fellow kicking, 
...it makes the first trimester of hell so much better. I giggle all day long when the little bean does cartwheels and stuff inside.
Iriskmj, those are real cute too! I am not too bold. I carry around brown and black. Boring, I know... but I'm so dang tall that I think I look goofy in things that stick out. I really like that bag though!! |

Trust me, I'm really looking forward to it! We plan to be pregnant by next summer. Right now, both of us are in graduate school (I graduate this December! Yay!) and then I have to get started on the CPA. I hope to be mostly done by the time we have them.
However, we have already picked names for a boy and a girl! We're just waiting a little longer! Your pictures make it hard to wait though! |
