Some idiot covered the back of my perfectly good wood cabinets with ugly paneling. So I am trying to cover it up as much as possible.

Everyone's displays are so creative. We have this long felt santa that we put our cards on...ever since we started with the sheepie lists and cards the santa is way too small  Usually one of my kids comes up with the way to display the cards. Isabel (age 10)stuck as many of the cards to the santa and then we hung that up on the glass door to the dining room and the rest of the cards she is taping to the door itself. Avalon goes by and 'tastes' the cards...this silly girl licks everything! |

| OK so I had all of my cards displayed on long wide red ribbon in my home office and although it seemed like a good idea, I wasn't able to see them all as well as I wanted to, so I pulled it all down and I am re-thinking my options.

But after finally getting the four Christmas trees done in the house I am glad to say I finally displayed the cards and they look adorable. I will submit my picture later. |
i mailed my cards out yesterday, they took me 3 weekends to finish because all the technical difficulties i had. i had to replace 4/5 of the ink cartridges and i got the wrong color for one of them (why is there a magenta and a 'photo magenta' ?!)... so my apologies to those of you whos cards are slightly discolored  |

Excited to get Ron's. Still haven't got his, but look for it daily! I got 5 on Sat. My mom sent a priority box that was over $60 in shipping, and we still haven't gotten it. Was sent out last monday. I sent her a priority box, Thurs... and she already got it. Starting to get scared! She should learn to get insurance! |

I've been resisting the urge to post a picture till all the cards are here, there are definately more than last year and this has really be alot of fun. I'm still trying to think of a use for the cards (I have last years still). I think I would like to make a set of Christmas placemats; cut the cards and mount them on postarboard cut to the appropriate size then have them laminates. These cards are entirely too creative to just throw away!!! |

Well here goes, I have no idea why the picture is so dark. Should have taken another but you can get the idea, it isn't much different from last year except I put wrapping paper on the wall as a backdrop.

Thanks Ron, Doug is quite proud of his pocket doors!! He invented his own little pully system to make them work. I'm sure you noticed the woodwork is not QUITE finished  , maybe THIS will be the winter it gets done |

| Here is my sad Christmas tree. It looks so small. Next year Mr. J will be here, so we can buy a LARGE one.
Here are most of my OES cards. The rest are there on the ground. I couldn't find my tape, and was going BONKERS, so I gave up and said "I'm just taking a pic."

| Guys, i am wanting to say THANK YOU again to all that have sent Christmas Cards. I finally made it to the postbox today and have opened all that have come. You won't believe we have 3 ft. of snow and that is NOT counting where it has been plowed up into mountains....... and tonight they say we are having another (round 3) storm in 5 more days.
Anyway, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU again. I honestly do appreciate and love looking at all the cards. i am SORRY but I just didn't get them done due to my bronchitis and the snowstorms, as i didn't get out. I'm feeling better but still feel like a mule has kicked me from the inside out. Ali |
