Thanks for all the PM's and e-mails I've received about these two boys. Today I called the shelter and found these dogs are NOT in immediate danger and there have been a number of adoption applications submitted. 
This particular shelter prefers to place their animals in their permanent homes and do not typically release to Rescue groups. I was relieved to hear that they were genuinely concerned about where their animals were placed. Still, if anyone is interested in either of these boys, you can still PM me for more information. Madeline Erickson just spoke to the Wyandot shelter and both boys have been adopted! Thanks to all who offered to help.
