I really was an angel yesterday-enjoyed Thanksgiving
but watched the portions carefully.

Now today, back to exercise--

That looks very cool, zahra. I'm so impressed you do that!!!!!!!!!! I did bellydancing for awhile, but can't imagine what I really look like doing it. :lol: I've got the white man syndrome.

I think I did worse today with the leftovers than yesterday. Yesterday, I was SO good ...for the most part. :)


I will work it off this weekend. Well, that's the plan. We'll see how it goes!!!!
I'm actually doing better. I think it was Tuesday night that I ate 3 candy bars and 8 cookies. 8O Needless to say I was annoyed with myself and since then haven't had any cookies (my most fave treat) or candy. I'm happy with sugar-free pudding!

I decided today I'm only making a batch of fudge for Christmas. No cookies, no nothing else. It's no fun making stuff if I can't share with my mom. :(

I'm still stomping :lol: Flamenco is great for stress--

Continuing to be saintly :roll: , had salmon with salad for
lunch, small cup of chili and salad for dinner.

Raked 10,000 leaves today.

Tomorrow Nia class and more angelic meals. :D
Oh, that sounds delicious and healthy!!!

I had 2 pkgs of oatmeal for breakfast.
Very bad and had a bar of chocolate for lunch.
Then another later on. :oops:

For dinner, I made jerusalem chicken with salad. It was so good. My portion sizes are all whacked up. I know what I should have. My stomach always begs for more. :roll:

I plan on getting on the treadmill tomorrow morning.
