| That looks very cool, zahra. I'm so impressed you do that!!!!!!!!!! I did bellydancing for awhile, but can't imagine what I really look like doing it. I think I did worse today with the leftovers than yesterday. Yesterday, I was SO good ...for the most part. I will work it off this weekend. Well, that's the plan. We'll see how it goes!!!! |
| I'm actually doing better. I think it was Tuesday night that I ate 3 candy bars and 8 cookies. I decided today I'm only making a batch of fudge for Christmas. No cookies, no nothing else. It's no fun making stuff if I can't share with my mom. |

I had 2 pkgs of oatmeal for breakfast. Very bad and had a bar of chocolate for lunch. Then another later on. For dinner, I made jerusalem chicken with salad. It was so good. My portion sizes are all whacked up. I know what I should have. My stomach always begs for more. I plan on getting on the treadmill tomorrow morning. |
