it is going on a month now my rescue boy is about 4 months old and still has parisites :(
I'd get him to the vet if he hasn't seen one yet. It could be anything for having eaten something that he shouldn't have, like the plant or a sock, to a parasite or bacteria. Be sure to check your yard for plants that are known to be poisonous... we had yews that were so before we brought our pups home we had to chop them down. We also have mushrooms that come up in the spring/summer that caused one of ours to be terribly sick so we have to check the yard each morning before they go out to play.

Sometimes parasites can be difficult to treat. We had a year of recurrent tummy troubles that went through our entire pack a few times. We had given Metronidazole and anti-diarrhea meds over this time which would clear it up for a bit then the next dog would get it and go through the pack again. A new vet recommended Panacur for the entire pack. Although we did stool cultures throughout the year, all it showed was excess bacteria and no parasites. The Panacur cleared it up and we haven't had it since. But proper sanitation is also important in order to get rid of any parasite. You need to pick up the poop as soon as it hits the ground. What you can't pickup you need to cover with sand or wash it down so they won't be reinfected.

Please let us know what you both find out?
Hi, Sorry to hear your baby has some tummy problems. We never mess around anymore when ours get loose bowels or throw up for any more than a day. We thought our pup Dandi had eaten something a few months back when she was throwing up, and we took her to our vet only to have them say she needed an operation right away, it was called
Intussusception of the Intestines. Small intestine telescopes into the larger. We were SHOCKED. and worms can cause this. Now we FREAK when they get sick tummies, LOL geesh...... drive ya crazy 8O
Hope your furkid feels better soon.
