If you had to choose, what is your prominent party?
Just to make this difficult, your choices are Democrat, Libertarian, or Republican. No independent or anything else (as I know some just wouldn't vote). This is just if these were your choices. I didn't want to include Libertarians, but then I realized some people just cannot narrow it down to just D or R.  |

Green Party of Canada usually gets a few seats and they are growing as a party, but things like being discluded from the National Debate are limiting the party's growth and ability to reach a larger audience. Not necessarily saying I'd vote Green, but I do believe they should have been able to participate. |

Yes, but probably the same ranking as in CN. Stinks that they don't get equal consideration as the Democratic & Republican party. I personally loathe the 2 party system in our country & am so sick of the dollars wasted in trying to elect a candidate. (Sorry, I'll get off my soapbox now.) |

Yes, and they've won elections in New Mexico......once or twice and not biggies. Generally here they are considered a splinter group of the Democrates who try very hard to keep the Greens out of politics after loosing an important election a few years back due to Green participation. Frankly, I'll so so happy when Election Day is past! I avoid the phone, toss the mail, hit the off button on the radio, and mute TV constantly. Enough is enough. |
I like hearing all I can, and learning everything I can about each side, the candidates, the choices, the debates, etc ...even though I already know where I stand. It still reconfirms all my views, keeps me informed, and last time gave me many opportunities to wear my "Texans for Bush" shirt." I sent 30 of them to Iraq and told my husband to get all the guys to take a picture with them wearing it. It's now hanging up in their company building.  |

AMEN! The electoral system in the US produces unappealing candidates from both parties and marginalizes anyone outside of the two main parties. We certainly don't get to choose from the best on election day. |
