Harry's fifth agility class

Harry loves going to agility school and I can hardly wait until Sunday morning to take him. It takes a long time to get the dogs familiar and comfortable with the equipment. But we have seen a fair amount of progress in a short time. I am the biggest detriment to Harry's success - holding the leash too tight or getting ahead of him or lagging behind him - but I guess I am learning too. His brothers were in from college this weekend and so the whole family went to school to watch Harry.

Here is a picture of Harry exiting the tunnel. He was a little disconcerted by the bend they put in the tunnel today - they don't like entering if they can't see out the end. But after a little encouragement he was running right through.

This is Harry jumping through the tire. It is not very far off the ground but I thought he looked cool in this action shot. Initially the dogs will only go through the tire if you are standing right on the other side calling them through. Now we approach it together and he will go through when I say "tire".

Thanks for you and Harry's update on class. He seems to be doing well. How nice he had the whole family to cheer him on! Also someone to take the pictures - very nice :D .

Keep it going!!
Harry is beautiful! I love seeing OES hair flying in the breeze. I am planning on teaching Bingley agility when he's older. It's such a cool activity.
