Winston
I am so empty! My best friend of 13 years. I cry as I try to type this. I don't know what I would do without this forum. I have been reading for days, I dont feel so alone! You see, I live by myself and no one in my life seems to understand my lose. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has added a post on this site, it is the best! |

| Oh Debra, I'm so sorry for your loss of Winston. I know, and most of us here know what a devastating impact the loss of a sheepdog can have. They are very special creatures and they love us with every ounce of their beings.
So while I grieve with you, I have to say that you're wrong. 1,000 members of oes.org are in your life and we understand the depth of your loss, and we are grieving with you. |

| I am so sorry for your loss of your precious Winston. It is indeed one of the hardest things we ever go through when we lose our best friends. Many of us here know the pain and grief you feel now, but rest assured, soon you will be at peace and have only happy memories of your boy.

It has to be one of the most difficult moments when one of our beloved sheepies cross the Rainbow Bridge. No matter how long they were with us..it was never enough time. Sadly their life spans are so much shorter than ours but in that time period they bring us so much joy. I'm sorry for your loss and may Winston live on in your heart forever. | 13 years!!! What a privelaege to share your life and heart with wiggle butt for 13 years. What an empty spot you must have now. Hang on to the memeories of all your wonderful times and how blessed you were and are to have had Winston.

| Of all the breeds I've owned, I always have a sheepdog or two. They, more than the other breeds, meld into our hearts. When they pass away, the heart break is worse. I'm sorry you are going through this, but I'm also happy you had such a wonderful companion for so many years.
