This is SO fatening, but very easy to make and yummy.
12 oz. white vanilla chips
1 jar (3.25 oz.) chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
16 oz. jar creamy vanilla frosting
1/2 cup dried pineapple, chopped
1/2 cup coconut, toasted
1 teas. rum extract
1 teas. coconut extract
Line 8 or 9-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Microwave vanilla chips until melted, stirring every 20 seconds. Add all remaining ingredients to melted chips. Spread in foil-lined pan and chill until firm.
Remove from pan by lifting edges of foil. |

| AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH! |
Thinking of fudge makes my teeth hurt too, but it IS yummy!!! That recipe does look very easy!!! I may try it out this Christmas!!!
I printed it out. I can only handle fudge a little at a time. More than one piece is too much in one sitting. It's great to give to people though. |
