Is this the first worming? I'd do it again in 2 weeks. That should do it, but I'd also have a poop sample examined by the vet around 16-18 weeks just to be sure all is well. I don't know all the parasites available to UK sheepers so can't suggest more than that. |
It's actually more effective to do it in a week, not two weeks. If you wait two weeks any remaining eggs will have had a chance to not only hatch but also reproduce therefore starting the cycle all over again. If you do it 7 days after the first dose you get them all since they have hatched but not yet matured enough to produce more eggs. |
