Multiple dry/black/ashy skin tags

I've had a crazy human year, but now am worried about my furry baby. Kobe has several skin tags. Some pop right off when we petting or brushing him, others are covered in black/gray ash like scabs (the ones that are in irritated areas; i.e., under his color).

Anyone have any idea what these might be, or how I could treat them? All help is appreciated.

Why not go to your vet and see if they can freeze them off? They can do this like a wart.
